NTTR SIG Trainee Travel Award Submission Guidelines
The Neurocognitive Therapies/Translational Research (NTTR) SIG is pleased to announce our call for applications for the 2026 Trainee Travel Award. This award is designed to support students and trainees presenting their work at the annual ABCT convention, culminating at the SIG Poster Exposition/Cocktail Reception in Baltimore, MD.
Eligibility Requirements:

Membership: Be an active NTTR SIG member (link to join/renew).

Note: ABCT may have temporarily closed their membership portal. If you are selected for the award, we will ask for proof of an active NTTR SIG membership at that point.

Submission: Submit an abstract for the SIG poster expo with NTTR OR have an accepted abstract for the general session at ABCT.
Submission Guidelines: All students and trainees who are applying cognitive and affective neuroscience tools (e.g., brain imaging, physiological indices of emotion, cognitive enhancement strategies, neuropsychological training, cognitive bias modification) to clinical disorders are encouraged to apply.

A brief statement of interest (maximum 250 words) describing how your research aligns with the NTTR SIG mission and how attending the conference will benefit your training.

A copy of your accepted first-authored ABCT abstract or your submitted NTTR SIG poster abstract.

NTTR SIG Poster Award Submission Guidelines
The Neurocognitive Therapies/Translational Research (NTTR) SIG is pleased to announce our call for abstracts for the annual ABCT SIG student poster competition to be presented at the SIG Poster Exposition/Cocktail Reception in Baltimore, MD.
All students and trainees who are interested in participating should send an abstract to nttrsig@gmail.com with a maximum of 250 words by Wednesday, July 15, 2026.
Submission Requirements:

Submissions should include a brief summary of the research project, including Introduction, Method, Results, and Discussion sections.

Abstracts with completed data collection and analysis will be prioritized.

Poster titles and authors will be listed in the Addendum to the Convention Program that will be included in all convention registration packets.

Details about poster size and format (for in-person attendees) can be found on the ABCT conference website closer to the meeting.

The NTTR SIG's mission is to bridge the gap between basic and applied science in understanding the nature and treatment of psychiatric disorders. We are committed to multidisciplinary research and the application of cognitive and affective neuroscience to improve the conceptualization and effectiveness of therapeutic interventions.
